PhD in Law from UFSC (2022), with a concentration in Environmental Tax Law. Researcher in the area of tax law, innovation and renewable energy. For 18 years, she has worked as a tax, corporate and M&A advisory firm in transactions involving national companies and investments by foreign companies, including the preparation of tax planning. She discusses and implements business models and investments in companies. She is an Independent Advisor in the energy sector.

Specialist in Business and Economic Law from the Brazilian Association of Constitutional Law (ABDConst), with research on the disclosure of ESG metrics in the capital markets, and an extension course in ESG from Legal Ethics Compliance (LEC), with professional certification from CPESG. Has worked for 8 years in the area of legal consultancy in Business, Corporate and Contract Law, including M&A transactions, venture capital, fundraising, corporate governance, estate and succession planning, as well as in internal corporate law and business contracts in general. He is a Social Ambassador for a third sector entity.
